ModerateLS is operated by Lawless Solutions. Customer access is provisioned after agreement to these pilot terms and the applicable upstream terms. This pilot has limited capacity and no uptime or accuracy guarantee.

Customer responsibilities

You must have permission to submit the content you process, protect your API keys, comply with applicable law, and provide an appropriate human review and appeal path. Do not treat model classifications as a sole basis for consequential decisions about people.

Model terms

ModerateLS uses NVIDIA Nemotron 3.5 Content Safety through OpenRouter. Use is subject to the OpenRouter Terms, OpenMDW 1.1 license, Gemma Terms of Use, and Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. You agree to comply with those use restrictions and require your downstream users to do the same. No endorsement by NVIDIA, Google, or OpenRouter is implied.

Credits and purchases

Public purchases are not enabled during initial validation. When purchases open, Checkout will display the price and number of checks before payment. One completed item consumes one credit. Failed items do not consume credits. Service credits are not OpenRouter credits and are not transferable. Refund and support arrangements must be included in your customer agreement before a paid account is activated.

Limitations

Results may be wrong or incomplete. Missing category labels do not imply that a category was ruled out. An unavailable check must not be treated as approved content. See data handling before submitting sensitive information.
